Rice N Things...perfect name for the many variety of dishes they can make! My personal favorite is the salmon n rice. Comes with spinach, onions and peppers ....if I get the large, I can literally eat off it for two days! Only down side is the wait, but it's so worth it! Call early, because the later you wait, the longer your wait, especially on the weekends! However, they will give you an estimated time in addition to your order number, and then call you when your order is ready!! The young man that takes the order is so pleasant and friendly!
Absolutely AMAZINGLY Good food! Tasted like a healthy home cooked meal!! I had salmon fried rice and my friend had salmon and garlic shrimp combo with spinach!! Everything was well seasoned and had a lot of flavor!! Great portion for the price!! I will definitely order there again!
I was very impressed with the food and time it took to prepare my food. I saw a lot of bad reviews about taking too long to prepare your food. I know it's a week day but I was very happy with the service and love the food. The shrimp and so fresh.
Food is ALWAYS GOOD...Cooked to order. They can get a little slow with your order... So order at least an hour before you're ready to eat... LoL....But it's well worth the wait
We love this place, the food is always great. Cooked to order fresh and huge portions. The downside is the wait. Ordered 5 entrees at 4:14, stopped at two stores, drove from the burbs, got a call about our order and was told ok, it will be ready in 10 minutes. Got there at 5:15 and order wasn't ready until 5:52. However, they had pound cake, yummo also.
I got the salmon fried rice back in January or Feburary. My food was deliscious and the prices were good. The wait was on the long side, but was well worth it. You may want to call ahead if you have somewhere you need to be.
Food is so good! And you get alot for your money. The only thing its a long wait but its worth the wait!!
Great food. Ton of variety! I happy that they run out of food means the next day the food will be made fresh and not left over for poor handling or so other issue. and if they sell.out every day then clearly they are doing the ppl right! Much love to these guys/gals my food was great and the customer service was better than any other black owned business I've ever been to! Sister was pleasantly smiling and giving food recommendation and take 10 orders at a time she a beast! Not a single attitude with any of the 20 customers I seen come through! I was there for about two hours eating and watching TV and kicking it with other customers! Great people great food hands down one of Phillys best spots!
